Question 1811: In a seafood pasta dish, Ju-Yi nituced three mussels to every two scallops. Write an equation to represent the relationship between the number of mussels (m) and the number of scallops (s).
It says an equation so that means it's not a ratio, right? I feel like answering it like a ratio and yet I know that's not the right answer. (P.S. Please pardon any spelling errors)
