Let x be the total number of employees.
3x/5 between 26-29
.
1- 3/5 = remainder
5/5-3/5=2/5
.
2x/5 * 2/3 =4x/15 under 26
.
3x/5 + 4x/15 + 14 = x LCD=15
9x+4x+210=15x Multiply each side by 15
-2x=-210
x=105
.
Check:
3/5 * 105 = 63
.
105-63=42
2/3 42=28
.
63+28+14=105
.
