let x = the capacity of the blue box.
let 1.2 * x = the capacity of the red box.

if the red box holds 30 books, then 1.2 * x = 30.
solve for x to get x = 30 / 1.2 = 25.

the blue box can hold 25 books of the same size as the books in the red box.

blue box = 25 books.
red box = 30 books.
red box = 30/25 = 1.2 * capacity of blue box.
