Does Chris want to  INCREASE  or to  DECREASE  the photo  ?

The word  "resize"  itself does determine nothing . . .


So,  INFLATE  or  DEFLATE  ?

Question is a little unclear. Resize by area, or resize by linear dimensions?

If by AREA is meant, then
