a)  The ANSWER is   = 120% .


    Notice that I first write the fraction , since the number 25 is the base of comparison / (reference value) in this case;

    then I multiplied by 100 to get percentage.



b)  The ANSWER is   = 83.33% (approximately).


    Notice that I first write the fraction , since the number 30 is the base of comparison / (reference value) in this case;

    then I multiplied by 100 to get percentage.
