Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
men: women is 6:5
Make it 6x:5x
The total number of people is 11x
11x=440
x=40
Substituting back in, men will be 40(6):women 40(5)
that is 240 men to 200 women.
