14 wrong is equal to 28%.

x is the number of problem on the test.

.28 * x = 14

divide both sides of this equation by .28 to get x = 14/.28 = 50

there are 50 problems on the test.

14 / 50 = .28 * 100 = 28%.

100% - 28% = 72%

28% wrong
72% right
