If the ingredients were in the ratio of 5 parts to 2 parts, there were a total of 7 parts.
These 7 parts make 2.1 L, so that each part was 2.1 / 7 = 0.3 L.
Thus five parts water is 5(.3) 1.5 L.
Two parts OJ was 2(.3) = 0.6 L.
