The easiest way to do this is to transpose one of the given sides.
Label the points:
A(5,1), B(1,3), C(-5,-1)

Transposing side AB along side BC:
From B to C, x changes by -6 and y changes by -4
Adding these to point A gives point D(-1,-3).
