Question 761042: A parallelogram has a perimeter of 17 centimetres. Two of the sides are 3.5 centimetres long. What is the length of the other two sides?
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Perimeter = 2*length + 2*width
17 = 2*length + 2(3.5)
17 = 2*length + 7
17 - 7 = 2*length
10 = 2*length
10/2 = length
5 = length.
Other two sides are 5 cm apiece
Hope this helps.
