x=19
y=180-3x
=180-57
=123

x=19, and y=123. Here is why:
To find x, just set up the equation (2x+19)=(3x), and solve like you normally would.
After solving the equation, you should get 19. Check your answer by substituting 19 into x. 2(19)+19=57, and 3(19)=57. 57=57, and the two opposite sides of a paralellogram are equal.
To find y, it is a little more tricky. All four vertices of a paralellogram equal 360 degrees. 57+57, or the first two vertices that we discussed earlier, equal a total of 114 degrees. 360-114= 246 degrees, but divide in half to find the last two individual measurements. 246/2 is 123 degrees.
