PARALLEL TO y = x+5 (red line) & PASSING THROUGH (3,2)
THIS EQUATION HAS A SLOPE=1 SO THE PARALLEL LINE WILL ALSO HAVE A SLOPE=1
2=1*3+b
2=3+b
b=2-3
b=-1
y=x-1 (green line)
