The perimeter of []JKLM is 52cm, and Jk is 2cm longer than JM.
Find JK and find JM

Draw the parallelogram: label the vertices j,k,l,m in clockwise order
label jk as 2 cm
then lm is also 2 cm
--------------------------
Then kl = (1/2)(52-4) = 24
and mj is the also 24
