The coordinates of a parallelogram are (4,4),(5,7),(10,5) and (x,y) and x is greater than 10. What is the value of x+y?

Graphing the three points will help you see that
the missing point is (11,8)
So the sum of x and y is 19.

Notice that (10,5) is 6 to the right and 1 up from (4,4)
So (x,y) has to be 6 to the right and 1 up from (5,7)
