If PQR is the angle (or an angle), it can not be 21 cm, as it is stated in your post.

You mentioned that PQR=21cm, but that doesn't make any sense.
Because three letters are involved, PQR seems to either refer to an angle, or a triangle. Neither of which would make sense to attach "21 cm" to it.
Did you mean to say something like PQ = 21? Or something similar to it?
