Every longest diagonal is the line of symmetry.  It gives you 3 lines of symmetry.


Every line through the centers of opposite sides is the line of symmetry. It gives you 3 other lines of symmetry.


So, in all, there are 6 lines of symmetry.


Regarding points of symmetry, there is only one such a point - it is the center of the regular hexagon.
