The two expressions for the area of the parallelogram ABCD are 

S = |BC|*|AL|   and   S = |DC|*|AM|.

It gives you an equation 

|BC|*|AL| = |DC|*|AM|.

Substitute the given values

6.5*4  = |DC|*5

and find |DC| from there   |DC| = 5.2 cm.

Answer.  |DC| = 5.2 cm.
