um... somthing is lost in ur translation of the problem as this reads -6 divided by 1 divided by 4 which is -6/4 which is -3/2=n
and -7/1/3 => -7/1=-7 then -7/3=m
to solve this you would have to set them as proportionate to each other
when n=-3/2 then m=-7/3
so -3/2 is to -7/3 as 2 is to m

cross multiply


multiply both sides by a common denominator the fastest is what the two denominators multiply together to make which in this case 3 times 2 is 6
also since both numbers are negative and we want a positive m answer make it a -6
