To begin lets make these both fractions
15 * 4 + 4 = 64 = and
next we want to get a common denominator
we will do 60
will be because 15 * 4 = 60 you have to multiply 64 by 4 also
also will be because 4*15 = 60 and 3* 15 = 45
now you want to add the numerators
256 + 45 = 301 so the answer is this cannot be simplified so this is the answer.
