--> 11 1/9% = 100%/9
--> 1/9

That make sense? Or try this:
11 1/9 = 11.111...% repeating 1's
Divide by 100
--> 0.111... as a repeating decimal
1n = 0.111111.....
10n = 1.11111.....
-1n =-0.11111....
------------------ Subtract
9n = 1
n = 1/9
