Question 52955: -5/6x = -2 1/48
I tried to figure this out for a member in my youth group but I keep getting a different answer than the one she told me was right. Here's how I did it.
-6/5 * -5/6x = -2 1/48 *-6/5 (cancelling out the -5/6 from the left side)
x= -97/48 * -6/5
x= 582/240
x= 2 17/40
Is my answer right?
