well a simple answer is 2/893, another is .2389...but I can think of much smaller numbers...
How about the eighty-ninth root of two all divided by three?
Or how about two-thirds to the 89th power?
Or .2 to the 893rd power?
To be frank, the problem is not clear as to what you can or cannot use...
