Hi,
Writing the slope-intercept equation
Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b the y-intercept
m = -1/4 and y-intercept Pt(0,-2)
y = (-1/4)x - 2 Pt(4,-3) and Pt(-4,-1) on this line
