Answer by checkley71(8403)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7/16 & 3/8 CHANGE THE SECOND FRACTION TO 6/16 BY MULTIPLYING NUMERATOR & DENOMINATOR BY 2/2 (2/2=1) THEREFORE THE VALUE HAS NOT CHANGED ONLY THE DIGITS. NOW YOU CAN COMPARE THE TWO FRACTIONS.
7/16 IS 1/16 GREATER THAN THE 3/8 WRENCH.
7/16 & 3/8 IN DECIMAL FORM ARE .4375 & .375 OR A DIFFERENCE OF .0625
