=(-5/13)divided by(-1/4)
=(-5/13)X(-4/1) (when the division symbol is replaced by multiplication symbol the fraction that comes after the division symbol is reciprocated (which means replaced by !1/(original fraction) )
=+ (5X4)/(13X1) ( a negative quantity X a negative quantity = a positive qty)
= 20/13
= 1 and 7/13
