Question 255397: Is the rate 1/4 cup of butter /4 eggs equivalent to the rate 3 cups of butter /48 eggs?
1/4 cup of butter is the numerator and 4 eggs the denominator. 3 cups of butter is the numerator and 48 eggs is the denominator in the second fraction.
