Largest field has side = "x+3" km ; area = (x+3)^2 km^2

EQUATION:
x^2 + (x+1)^2 + (x+3)^2 = 38
x^2 + x^2 +2x + 1 + x^2 + 6x + 9 = 38
3x^2 + 8x -28 = 0
(3x + 14)(x-2) = 0
x = -14/3 or x = 2
