There used to be lots of algebra and trigonometry problems posted on
Algebra.com. Now it seems that the bulk of postings consist of statistics
problems.  I also notice that a lot of statistics problems aren't getting
answered. I've observed that when a traditional problem does get posted, all the
tutors jump on it. Have schools recently started teaching less traditional math
subjects, and more stats and finance problems?  Any there any comments from you
other tutors?  There should be a place on here for discussions like this.  So I
thought I'd post this as though I were a student.

I too am tired of statistics problems.
If you stand on a stove with one foot at 200 degrees and the other in an ice bucket, you're statistically comfortable.
