I will assume that when she mix these dry ingredients, the volume of the mixture is equal to the sum
of the volumes of ingredients.



    It is really an assumption, since it is NOT ALWAYS true for dry ingredients.



Under with assumption, the volume of the mixture is   cups =  =  cups.


Next, to determine the number of servings, we should divide this volume by one quantum volume of   of a cup.


We will obtain then the number of the servings as


     =  = 5*4 = 20 servings.    ANSWER
