(2/6)x+2=(5/6)x+(3/2)
(3/6)x=1/2
x=1, since (3/6) is (1/2) ANSWER
checks with 2 1/3= 14/6

Or, 1/(3(x)) + 2 = 5/(6(x)) + 3/2
