1. I deleted the blank space - it is really inconvenient/annoying to have it.

2. The solution is as follows: 

Let "n" be the number of the men originally. Then

n*15 = (n+2)*10.

15n = 10n + 20,

15n - 10n = 20,

5n = 20,

n =  = 4.

Answer. The number of the men is 4.
