Question 100252: Could you kindly help me.

Write a quadratic equation that has the given pair of solutions.
1) -4 and 5
2) 2 - √3 and 2 + √3

Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1)(x+4)(x-5)=0
x^2-x-20=0
2)(x-(2-sqrt(3))(x-(2+sqrt(3)))
x^2-4x+1
The multiplication of the 2nd one is a real grind but it checks.
