if this is all you have, then to draw a line HF that is parallel to line AE and perpendicular to line GH you can construct it using a compass and straightedge
first draw a line AE, then a line HF that is parallel to line AE, then adjust the compass opening equal to the length of the segment AE.
Draw one circle by the compass with the center at the point A and
the radius equal to the length of the segment AE, and draw the second circle by the compass with the center at the point E and with the same radius equal to the length of the segment AE.
Identify the circles intersection points G and H that lie in
different half-planes relatively to the straight line AE.
Draw the straight line segment GH by connecting the points G and H with the ruler.
The construction is completed.
