I think it is Integrated Algebra I which covers the manipulation of expressions and equations, multipling/dividing equations, factoring, solving simultaneous equations, solving problems, some trig., solving quadratics (parabola), simple probability and some statistics (mean, median, mode).
The next course is Algebra II - Trigonometry.
However, many (advanced math) freshmen (esp. girls) like and take Geometry.
