Question 633312: how do I graph the set of all negative even integers on a number line?
Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Draw a number line.
Pick a point to be zero.
Determine a unit by picking a point
to the right as +1 and a point the
same distance to the left of zero
as -1. Contine unit distances to
the left as -2,-3,-4,etc.
---
The graph you want is a set of black
dots at -2,-4,-6 etc.
