Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
LCM of 8,15, and 20
Method for finding LCM.
1. convert each number to its prime-factor form, as follows:
8=2*2*2
15=3*5
20=2*2*5
2. The LCM must contain each prime factor to the highest
power indicated, as follows:
2 must be there are 2^3
3 must be there as 3
5 must be there as 5
3. Find the product of these, as follows:
2^3*3*5 = 8*15= 120
That is the LCM of 8, 15, and 20

Stan H.
