0.16, 0.08, 0.27, 0.20, 0.22, 0.32, 0.25, 0.18, 0.28, 0.27
becomes
.08, .16, .18, .20, .22, .25, .27, .27, .28, .35
and then the 1st and 3rd quartiles are
.18 and .27
