The mode of a set of numbers is the number that is repeated the most times in a set.
Your set is made of the following numbers:
10 - Appears 1 time
11 - Appears 2 times
12 - Appears 2 times
13 - Appears 3 times
14 - Appears 1 time
Since 13 is the number that is repeated the most times, we conclude that the mode of this set is 13.
