DISTANCE BETWEEN 2 POINTS (X1,Y1) AND (X2,Y2) IS GIVEN BY
D=SQRT.{(X1-X2)^2+(Y1-Y2)^2}={(-4+8)^2+(-6-2)^2}^0.5=(16+64)^0.5=80^0.5=4*SQRT(5)
