The solution for this graph goes FROM the RED dot at x=5 TO and PASS the green dot at -10

Step 3. Let's graph



The solution for this graph goes FROM the RED dot at x=3 TO and PASS the green dot at +10.

Step 4. ANSWER: The solution is between the RED dot at x=3 and the GREEN dot at x=5 since the two inequalities in Steps 2 and 3 overlap this region between 3 and 5.
