The distance between these 2 points is:
3/2-2/3
(3*3-2*2)/6
(9-4)/6
5/6 total distance between these two points.
3/4*5/6
15/24
5/8 is the distance from 2/3.
5/8+2/3
(5*3+2*8)/24
(15+16)/24
31/24 is the point 2/3 of the distance between 2/3 & 1 1/2.
