Question 985692: True or False:
If matrix A can be multiplied on the right by matrix B, must it be possible to multiply matrix B on the right by matrix A?
Thank you in advanced.

Answer by ikleyn(52787)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

False   in the general case.

For example,  let  A  be  2x3 matrix  (2 rows and  3 columns)  and  B  be  3x3 matrix.

Then you can multiply  AxB,  but you can not multiply BxA.
