A consistent system has at least one solution.
An inconsistent system has no solutions.
An independent system has exactly one solution.
A dependent system has infinitely many solutions.
Getting a [0 0 0 5] row in an augmented matrix is the same as getting a 0 = 5 result when solving by any other means.

My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it

The system is not solvable, inconsistent and dependent in the same time (simultaneously).
Indeed, you have the resulting equation of the form
0*x + 0*y + 0*z = 5.
