using the quadratic equation we get:

x=(3+-sqrt[-3^2-4*1*6])/2*1
x=(3+-sqrt[9-24])/2
x=(3+-sqrt-15)/2
x=(3+-3.87i)/2
x=3/2+3.87i/2
x=1.5+1.94i answer.
x=1.5-1.94i answer.
