3x+4y+2z=3 |Multiplying thru by 4, Adding EQs
4x-2y-8z=-4
16x+14y = 8 0r 8x + 7y = 4
3x+4y+2z=3
x +y -z=3
5x+6y = 9
5x + 6y = 9 (-7)
8x + 7y = 4 (6)
13x = 39, x = -3 and y = 4
and z = (x+y-3) = -2
