Multiply the first equation by 3 and notice that you obtain the second equation. That means that both equations have the exact same graph, hence every point on either of the lines is a point of intersection with the other line. The system is consistent and dependent and has infinite solutions. Select any real number and substitute it for either of the variables, then solve for the remaining variable to derive an element of the solution set.
