if these are matrices then the equation is false and finding x is pointless, but it seems that every entry on the left side is 4 times or -4 times the entry on the right side. Therefore you may be looking for x=30/4 or x=-30/4.

What needs to be done is not clear to me from the given information please repost with a clear and complete question :)
