solve using cramer's rule
2a+3b=6
2a+b=-2
= 2 -6 = -4
= 6-(-6) = 12
= -4 -12 = -16
a = 12/-4 = -3
b = -16/-4 = 4
checking our answer
2a + b = -2
-6 + 4 = -2
