Question 250144: what are the steps to take in solving the following by matrix?
3x-2y+z=5
4x+y+2z=3
5x=3y+4z=2

Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
all the equations have to be in the same format and order
there appears to be typo in the third equation
5x=3y+4z=2 should probably be
5x+3y+4z=2

3x-2y+z=5
4x+y+2z=3
5x+3y+4z=2
so now we form the matrix
3 -2 1 5
4 1 2 3
5 3 4 2
