You can put this solution on YOUR website! The vertex is at (1,-3) as the parabola opens upwards
By looking at the equation, the graph is moved on the x axis +1 unit to the right.
It is shifted downward by 3 units as indicated by the -3
when X=1, Y=-3
this is the vertex.
